The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the airport and a short taxi ride to the city. Guests also mentioned the beautiful grounds of the hotel, with plenty of flowers and wildlife to admire. Some rooms were spacious and had lovely walk-in shower rooms. The restaurant displayed allergens information, making it easier for guests with dietary restrictions. There were different themed meals each night, providing variety. Guests also enjoyed the bar area, which provided a nice space to relax.
Some staff members had a preference for French-speaking guests, which made non-French speakers feel isolated and excluded.

The entertainment team was amazing, involving guests in activities. Spa massage was great. The staff, especially Smiley, Sam, Zak, Riko. The grounds and pool were stunning. The all-inclusive buffet had a variety of themes.
